What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via RCBC bank transfer or GCash. You’ll find the payment instructions in the checkout page!

I've paid, now what?

Great, thank you very much for your support! Kindly send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to wickjaggerph@gmail.com.

Once your payment has been confirmed, we'll prepare your order and send it out on the next scheduled delivery day (Monday or Thursday). A tracking link will be sent to you once your package has been picked up!

Shipping and Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?

We're currently only accepting orders for delivery within Metro Manila, but watch this space as we expand to more areas!

Is there a delivery fee?

All orders have a P100 delivery fee and are couriered via Grab or Lalamove.

How soon can I receive my order?

Candle Jenner is a small business (we're talking a one-woman team type of small!), with orders shipping on Mondays and Thursdays only.

The cut-off time for orders is 4PM the day before. Orders placed after 4PM will ship on the next scheduled day.

For bulk orders, we’ll get in touch with you regarding delivery updates. Please note that we will not be accommodating same-day deliveries.

During wild and crazy high-volume times, we ask for your understanding and patience. If there are any delays with your order, we’ll update you!

Returns

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

Oh no, so sorry about that! Please email us at wickjaggerph@gmail.com with pictures of your wrong order and we'll get it replaced right away.

Please note that we'll only be able to replace your order if the candle hasn't been opened and used yet.

My item didn't arrive in great condition

Our apologies for that! Please show us proof by emailing us at wickjaggerph@gmail.com and we'll get that sorted out!
